Keeping your students secure
Students that do not check in at the destination location within the allowed time will cause Instant MIA Student Alerts to be instantly sent via text message and/or emails to school administrators and school security.
A student requests to be dismissed from class.
How Student E Pass Works
1.
A student requests to be dismissed from class.
2.
Using the computer, the teacher brings up Student E Pass.
3.
The teacher selects the student's name from a list of students.
4.
The teacher elects to either dismiss the student to a person or a destination.
5.
The teacher clicks DONE.
6.
The student leaves class.
7.
Within ~ a few seconds, the destination is notified that this student is on his way.  A popup message and alert sound occurs on the destination computer.
8.
The student is allowed "X" minutes to arrive.
9.
Upon arrival, the student is checked in.
10.
DONE.
